Some people go on vacation.
Some people go to summer camp.
Some people lounge around at the pool or catch the rays at the beach.
But not my people. My two youngest people, that is.
This has been in the works for a few weeks now. Discussions. Plans. Matthew's idea, Joel says. An EPIC competition.
EPIC is an acronym - incomplete at the moment. The boys are still trying to decide what the "E" stands for.
But the rest of it is certain:
E .......?

Maybe we'll have a little naming contest. Want to make a suggestion for the "E"? We could come up with all sorts of great prizes for the winner and runners-up. Front row seats at the Pool Football Match. Autographed ball from the Tennis Bounce Race. Dinner with the winner of Ping Pong. Superfluous Ball lessons. Your very own FrizCup set. What possibilities! Come on. Make a suggestion and join the fun.

Encredible?
Extraordinary?
while words like excellent, exceptional, extraordinary, and even extreme might come to some minds, I think elephantine or enigmatic or eminent would make great E-words.
I like Albert's second set of suggestions. However, I also submit for consideration ephemeral, epic (yes, I realize this mirrors the acronym, but I think it's fitting), electrifying, eccentric, and exclusively.
I think you should try to get in on the action with "ebenezer."
There have been some great suggestions already! I thought up some more. My suggestions would be ecstatic, efficient, eligible, and equipped. Hahaha. I would also say elegant but I doubt they will choose that!
having thought about it a bit more, i'm back with additional suggestions: élan, evocative, empyreal, espiègle* (this is a french word).
*this word was found by a google search; the others are amy meshnick originals!
ELITE!
I think it should be the Été de Pinckneys In Competition, myself, but that's only if I can win Superfluous Ball lessons en fran çais.
now that Amy has shown her exceeding vocabulary superiority to myself (I used thesaurus.reference.com to help stimulate my brain), I'd like to return to simplicity and suggest what I think would be most fitting: use some conjugation of the word enjoy: enjoying, enjoyable, enjoiciary, enjoyfulicious, or the like.
Such a great video! You're kids are amazingly creative and inventive...so impressive. Can't wait to see the games begin!
I must admit, the first thing that popped into my mind was, "Eh?!" with a Canadian pronunciation.
